Before you switch off paper
No. Most teams start fresh with new jobs in Opdeck while their paper or spreadsheet records stay archived as-is. If you need historical jobs imported, our team can help with a one-off CSV import on the Crew and Fleet plans.
Job cards, photos and signatures captured in the field are saved locally on the device and sync automatically once a connection is available, so a dead zone at a job site won't stop work getting recorded.
You'll get a heads-up in-app before you hit the limit. Job cards already created stay fully accessible either way, you just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade to Crew or the next billing cycle starts.
You build templates from scratch using a field library, text, photo, signature, checklist, dropdown and more, then arrange them however your job type needs. A gas inspection and a landscaping job can look nothing alike.
It's a flat R200 per month for the whole Crew plan, unlimited technicians and unlimited job cards included. There's no per-seat pricing, so adding technicians as you grow doesn't increase your bill.
